Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Own delivery outcomes, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and implementation accountability.
- Design, configure, customize, develop, test, and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Conduct requirements analysis, design reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage client relationships, expectations, communication, issue resolution, and value realization.
- Lead and mentor consulting team members and provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
- Support scoping, opportunity development, commercial value capture, and identification of upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in IT service management, ServiceNow implementations, or related enterprise software delivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and customization across multiple modules.
- Proven ability to independently lead complete implementations from scoping through go-live.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, business rules, JavaScript/GlideScript, and integrations.
- Experience managing client relationships, conducting workshops, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to scope work, manage timelines and budgets, and identify commercial opportunities.
- Strong ServiceNow platform, database design, systems integration, API development, troubleshooting, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing consulting team members.
- ServiceNow platform certifications such as System Administrator or Application Developer are strongly preferred.
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules, distributed team leadership, implementation frameworks, presales or opportunity scoping, ITSM or IT governance, and ITIL certification are preferred.
