Responsibilities
- Build Seller and Account Manager tools and cloud-based services powered by generative and agentic AI.
- Develop AI assistants and workflow automation for seller registration, listing compliance, program adoption, and account-manager tasks.
- Design, build, and enhance distributed systems and new products from the ground up.
- Collaborate with product managers, Account Managers, engineering teams, and applied scientists worldwide.
- Create and execute a roadmap of compelling user experiences for sellers and internal partners.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language, including a modern language such as Java, C++, or C# and object-oriented design.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions in a dynamic environment.
