Responsibilities
- Develop cloud-based microservices for the CC Responder platform.
- Contribute across the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical design discussions.
- Set code quality standards, share architectural best practices, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Integrate CC Responder microservices with other Motorola Solutions software components.
- Support existing customers and adapt the product to evolving needs.
Requirements
- A formal degree in Computing Science or equivalent experience with a high level of academic achievement.
- Experience developing server-side Java applications.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Java SpringBoot, Kubernetes, Python, and BDD testing frameworks.
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies.
- Preferred experience mentoring junior engineers.
