Base Salary
$162k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical innovation to support automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with user-facing teams to understand operational challenges.
- Design and implement features for Stripe's global support operation.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code with appropriate monitoring.
- Build support for initiatives by sharing compelling data.
- Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Partner with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of software development experience.
- Experience in building production software systems with well-tested code.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end software development.
- Experience designing and maintaining functional applications.
- Familiarity with integrating and maintaining multiple systems and processes.
- Experience writing software in Ruby, React, or TypeScript.
- Ability to build and maintain high-throughput API services.
- Experience improving system performance and operational efficiency.
