Responsibilities
- Lead the STARLIMS support team, mentor junior consultants, enforce best practices, and meet KPIs.
- Provide technical solutioning and design guidance for enhancements.
- Review workflows, configurations, and development deliverables.
- Develop and configure STARLIMS using STARLIMS Scripting Language, JScript, PL/SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Business Analysts, SMEs, and Application Support teams.
- Handle complex STARLIMS issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve integration issues with external systems and laboratory instruments.
- Manage support engagements, minor enhancements, and production fixes.
- Manage access provisioning, master data, validated system state, data exchange reliability, and data integrity compliance.
Requirements
- Strong STARLIMS configuration and development expertise.
- Deep domain knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech quality-control laboratories.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and regulated environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the IQ/OQ/PQ validation lifecycle.
- Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA and Agentic AI is preferred.
