Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Lagrange, the central console platform supporting AI-related engineering workflows across the organization.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions using computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis principles.
- Work on platform architecture, engineering productivity, system scalability, operational intelligence, and AI integration into engineering and operations workflows.
- Create infrastructure and platform capabilities that improve the efficiency, reliability, and intelligence of large-scale AI development.
- Support high availability, capacity decision-making, performance analysis, and large-scale system operation for machine learning services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Golang, or C++, with solid coding skills and good coding practices.
- Proficiency with storage and middleware systems such as MySQL, Redis, and MQ, including basic troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python frameworks and libraries such as Flask, Celery, Django, Tornado, and NumPy, or Go frameworks such as Beego, Gin, Gorm, Sarama, and gRPC-Go.
- Experience with time-series and data components such as OpenTSDB, Prometheus, and InfluxDB, and OLAP databases such as ClickHouse.
- Strong responsibility, learning ability, communication, self-motivation, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.
- Preferred experience with search or recommendation systems, React and its ecosystem, ECharts, AntV, D3.js, AI agent development, cloud computing, networking, message queues, CPU/GPU resource management platforms, NVIDIA GPU architectures, anomaly diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
