Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of automation scripts for deployment processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions for system performance and application health.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Lead complex incident response activities and resolve critical issues.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams on deployment and operational tasks.
- Maintain documentation for deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and system configurations.
- Mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives related to system reliability and performance.
- Optimize and innovate the use of DevOps tools and platforms.
- Promote an autonomous, collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of DevOps concepts and practices.
- Proficiency with multiple scripting languages and automation tools.
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
