Responsibilities
- Lead projects from design through deployment while coordinating with other teams.
- Understand and clarify requirements with product owners and stakeholders and author scalable technical documentation.
- Implement high-quality Salesforce configuration and code using best practices.
- Deploy solutions using automated deployment tools and own technical deliverables through testing and timely delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, optimization, and refactoring to reduce technical debt.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems and platforms.
- Provide oversight for technical quality, standards, guidelines, and process improvements.
- Debug production issues, minimize business impact, and create plans for durable corrective solutions.
- Mentor and train developers and other technical team members.
- Evaluate new processes and technical tools and stay current on Salesforce features and functionality.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Data Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and database design.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Strong unit testing, functional testing, debugging, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions aligned with business needs.
- Active Salesforce certifications are desirable.
- Experience with Mulesoft is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across regions, translate complex technical requirements, document thoroughly, and work effectively amid ambiguity.
