Responsibilities
- Develop reusable AI consulting solutions for common customer use cases.
- Enable regional consulting teams to deploy AI consulting solutions.
- Support sales teams in positioning Red Hat AI Consulting solutions.
- Conduct technical discovery and scoping workshops with customers.
- Elicit use cases, create solution architectures, build work backlogs, and support technical statements of work.
- Act as lead architect with authority over the design, implementation, and commissioning of complex AI systems.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and help define solutions that maximize customer ROI.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or related role.
- Proven customer engagement experience, ideally in a consulting services organization or software vendor services division.
- Strong understanding of the business value of AI and the ability to position AI services for corporate strategy.
- Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jupyter, Python, Kubeflow Pipelines, and vLLM/LLM-d.
- Knowledge of predictive and generative models, model training, fine-tuning, alignment, MLOps, evaluation, serving, MaaS, drift, bias, explainability, guardrails, tool usage, agentic harnesses, metrics, and observability.
- Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes and its ecosystem in large-scale production environments.
- Understanding of the open source community and collaborative development models.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts and navigate sensitive global-organization environments.
- Strategic vision, tactical execution, and creative problem-solving in rapidly evolving technology domains.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the EMEA region.
