Responsibilities
- Integrate into the team’s workflow and contribute to secure, scalable infrastructure.
- Enhance Infrastructure Automation and cloud configuration using IaC tools like Terraform.
- Mentor engineers on DevOps principles and best practices.
- Engage in agile ceremonies and improve team processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted tooling.
- Lead infrastructure initiatives and improve developer experience.
- Document and advocate for DevOps best practices across the organization.
- Help shape long-term technical strategies in infrastructure and security.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring and leading technical initiatives.
