Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation and integration efforts for enterprise clients.
- Work with client technical teams to understand infrastructure, security requirements, and compliance needs.
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines integrating internal customer systems with Norm Ai’s platform.
- Map customer business data into structured models used to implement tailored business logic.
- Develop and maintain client-specific platform customizations that support account conversion and upsell opportunities.
- Lead enablement sessions for client end-users and communicate the platform’s value across customer organizations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for client and partner implementations.
- Collaborate with legal engineering teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of production experience writing Python or a similar language.
- At least 1 year of experience working with enterprise customers in a technical client-facing role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Experience building ETL data pipelines and mapping ambiguous customer data into coherent data models with customer SMEs.
- Experience writing APIs, including with libraries such as FastAPI.
- Experience with Postgres or a similar database.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Dagster, or Apache Airflow is preferred.
- Startup experience and comfort handling ambiguous requirements are preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate practical, hands-on AI usage in their work.

- Base salary ranges from $190,000 to $280,000 per year plus equity.
