Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation and integration efforts with enterprise clients.
- Work closely with client technical teams to understand their infrastructure and compliance needs.
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines for data integration.
- Map client business data into a structured data model for Norm’s platform.
- Develop client-specific customizations to enhance client accounts.
- Conduct enablement sessions to educate users on Norm’s platform.
- Maintain technical documentation for client and partner implementations.
- Collaborate with the legal engineering team to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience writing Python or similar for production use.
- 1+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role.
- Experience writing ETL data pipelines and mapping customer data.
- Experience writing APIs, including with libraries like FastAPI.
- Familiarity with Postgres database or similar.
- Excitement to work and iterate with customers.
