Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery across the development lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of software development best practices and innovative approaches.
- Mentor and support team members to strengthen their professional growth and technical capabilities.
- Manage and optimize software development processes for high-quality deliverables.
- Design integration approaches connecting SAP modules with other enterprise systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of total experience is required.
- At least 6 years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
- Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
- Experience with SAP ABAP Cloud is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and enterprise design patterns is required.
- Experience analyzing complex technical challenges and developing scalable, maintainable solutions is required.
- Experience with software development process optimization is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
