Responsibilities

  • Design and build LLM-based agentic systems for chip calibration and automation supervision.
  • Develop AI tools that improve automation routines and use LLM-driven reasoning to detect, handle, and self-correct calibration edge cases.
  • Take proof-of-concept systems through architecture stabilization into robust, deployable products.
  • Build reproducible, observable, and maintainable calibration pipelines with monitoring and logging.
  • Implement production agent fundamentals including tool integration, state management, error handling, rollback, and guardrails.
  • Integrate the system with the existing Python codebase, automation framework, and engineering infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in a senior software engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience building LLM-based agentic architectures, including agent loops, tool calling, memory or state management, and evaluation.
  • Confirmed production-level Python software experience operating reliable production systems.
  • Proven ability to turn validated proof-of-concept systems into stable, deployable products.
  • Comfort working with numerical and scientific data for automated decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and experimental research teams.
  • Fluent English; French is a plus.
