Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy rapid prototype applications that showcase Avaya Infinity and related customer experience technology.
- Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using the Model Context Protocol, LLM integrations, and modern AI patterns.
- Present technical demonstrations to enterprise customers and translate complex backend logic into business value.
- Integrate Node.js applications with RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.
- Deploy and manage backend services across cloud-based and core network environments.
- Use Azure and Google Cloud capabilities for identity management, serverless functions, and scaling.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align demonstrations with roadmap capabilities and RFP requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated command of front-end technologies for visually polished, functional demonstrations.
- Backend proficiency with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket integrations.
- Comfort with AI tools, LLMs, agentic processes, and rapidly learning new libraries.
- Experience with Azure network environments and Google Cloud, including identity management, serverless functions, and scaling.
- A proactive approach to version control and documentation.
- Strong customer presentation, communication, collaboration, and technical storytelling skills.
- Preferred experience in demo development, developer relations, selling with demos, or an AI-focused SaaS company.
