Responsibilities
- Translate complex business problems into technical solutions with business partners and product managers.
- Build systems representing logistics entities and the movement of cargo across countries.
- Build and launch products rapidly and incrementally.
- Design and build integrations with government agencies and partners.
- Automate customs filing processes to reduce operational workload.
- Deliver supply chain insights through an analytics experience.
- Create domain models for freight forwarding and customs processes.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience writing software and a strong engineering background.
- Ability to write simple, well-tested, extensible code.
- Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to business partners, product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Bias for action and ability to solve problems independently.
- Willingness to expand tooling knowledge; candidates may come from different technical backgrounds.
- Aptitude for learning quickly.
