Base Salary
$98k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets, escalations, troubleshooting requests, and follow-up activities.
- Investigate duplicate or failed orders and analyze data using SQL and Tableau to generate reports.
- Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve support processes.
- Document support procedures and promote self-service capabilities.
- Support user onboarding, account management, access requests, customer verification, password resets, and account deactivation.
- Configure practice, location, and supplier accounts while following cybersecurity best practices.
- Validate system configurations and execute automated and manual test plans before onboarding and production releases.
- Develop Python/Selenium-based tests and troubleshoot system, data, and cross-product issues.
- Support system maintenance, data monitoring, and new product implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience, including professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting web applications and prior L2-or-higher application support experience are required.
- Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, and preferably PostgreSQL; PHP experience is a plus.
- Experience with integration, functional, and automated testing, including DevOps practices and tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including above-average Microsoft Excel skills for dataset manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with AWS or Azure and AI tools is a plus.
- Healthcare industry experience, including EMR or practice management systems, is preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, prioritization, and judgment skills are required.

- Competitive base pay range of $98,000–$163,300, with potential annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.

- Requires 10–15% travel to other locations for team meetings.
