Responsibilities
- Provide technical and thought leadership on ServiceNow HRSD platform design, integration architecture, and HR technology strategy.
- Configure HR cases and Centre-of-Excellence segmentation and build lifecycle event workflows for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Design Employee Center experiences, HR knowledge bases, and data security models.
- Lead integrations between ServiceNow and HRIS platforms including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Mentor and coach developers and architects while overseeing technical quality and delivery standards.
- Design, document, and communicate integration approaches and propose solution alternatives for client business needs.
- Act as the final escalation point for technical decisions within programmes and support opportunity scoping.
- Build delivery teams, define hiring evaluation processes, identify training needs, and align resources with projected demand.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, general consulting, service management or software development experience, and platform configuration experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow CIS-HR certifications are required.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
- Hands-on experience with HR case management, Centre-of-Excellence segmentation, lifecycle events, Employee Center, HR knowledge management, and data security.
- Experience designing integrations with HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Understanding of the HR data model, scoped security, and ServiceNow HR application architecture.
- Development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and integrations.
- CTA or CMA certification and Employee Center or Workplace knowledge certification are desirable.
- Fluent English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Strong ownership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
