Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on Aircall’s products, virtual agents, APIs, and integrations.
Guide customers through requirements discovery, solution mapping, and proof-of-concept design and delivery.
Deliver tailored technical demos and presentations that communicate business value.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partner Managers, customers, and third-party partners to influence deals and support implementations.
Address technical objections and co-own moving opportunities through the sales funnel.
Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation and share best practices.
Maintain a customer-first approach when designing solutions.

Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, REST APIs, webhooks, cloud architecture, and data analytics.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby is a plus.
Ability to design practical, creative solutions while managing customer expectations and complexity.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical value and business outcomes.
Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, and English.
Prior experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer, or as the primary technical contact in an AE or Strategic CSM role within a technology company, is preferred.
Experience using AI-powered productivity tools and large language models such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred.
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, or supporting agentic AI workflows, including voice and messaging agents, is strongly preferred.
