Responsibilities

  • Partner with C-suite and senior business leaders to identify AI-led transformation opportunities and measurable business value.
  • Lead consultative selling, RFP/RFI responses, solution shaping, client presentations, and architecture workshops.
  • Architect end-to-end AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Design enterprise patterns for RAG, autonomous agents, LLMOps, scalable cloud-native deployments, and AI-ready data.
  • Oversee project delivery, solution quality, architecture integrity, technical escalations, and implementation best practices.
  • Review solution designs, code, and architectural artifacts while mentoring architects, AI engineers, and delivery teams.
  • Develop prototypes, demos, accelerators, reference architectures, and industry-specific solution frameworks.
  • Provide hands-on prototyping and code development in Python or other languages as needed.
  • Guide adoption of MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, DevOps, observability, governance, and secure deployment practices.

Requirements

  • 16+ years of professional experience, including 5–8 years architecting and deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Extensive pre-sales, consultative selling, RFP/RFI leadership, solution shaping, and client-facing workshop experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience managing global stakeholders and delivering significant business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native and microservices architectures, Agentic AI, AI-ready data, RAG, agents, and orchestration.
  • Experience defining MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps architectures, including automation, observability, governance, and responsible AI.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, including platform-native AI services.
  • Strong experience with LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, data modeling, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Synapse.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
  • Advanced Python programming skills, with PySpark experience preferred or optionally useful for prototyping and reference implementations.
  • Experience integrating enterprise security, identity, and authentication into AI/ML and LLM applications.
  • Experience deploying workloads on Kubernetes, Web Apps, Databricks, or similar cloud-native platforms.
  • Knowledge of MLflow, feature stores, batch inference, real-time endpoints, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Working knowledge of responsible AI, governance, model risk management, compliance, data strategy, analytics modernization, data mesh, data fabric, multi-cloud data strategies, and real-time analytics.
  • Project and client management skills and experience with solutioning and pre-sales engagements.
