Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise cloud and digital transformation programs.
- Design and evolve AI-driven, multi-agent engineering platforms across the software development lifecycle.
- Define scalable application, DevSecOps, and platform engineering patterns using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and open-source technologies.
- Lead strategic deal solutioning, including architecture, estimation, cost models, value propositions, and contract shaping.
- Provide architectural oversight through delivery and establish engineering, DevOps, automation, governance, and observability best practices.
- Engage senior stakeholders through client workshops, executive briefings, and discussions about cloud strategy, AI adoption, and engineering operating models.
- Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams and improve AI engineering maturity.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong track record solutioning and delivering enterprise applications and infrastructure projects.
- Strong software engineering foundation across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and cloud architecture.
- Expertise in C# or Java as a primary language; Python and TypeScript/JavaScript experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience applying agentic AI to modernize legacy systems or build custom solutions.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, or equivalents.
- Ability to apply AI agents across requirements, architecture, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, open models, orchestration patterns, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong Azure expertise preferred.
- Extensive agentic engineering experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude Enterprise preferred.
- DevOps experience including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, observability, and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI and enterprise governance.
- Cloud, AI engineering, or architecture certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lead business transformation, software engineering, AI, cloud, and automation deals and programs/projects, and communicate with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
