Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software for defect resolution and user-story implementation.
  • Design, implement, orchestrate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise integrations and APIs using MuleSoft and Salesforce.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and implement updates to maintain system functionality.
  • Create and maintain OpenAPI specifications and interactive API documentation.
  • Coordinate implementation decisions with other engineers and conduct code or technical reviews.
  • Support the integration of an acquired company with Mastercam’s compliance and financial-control programs.
  • Assume broader business-area compliance responsibilities over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–5 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs using MuleSoft and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, implementation, orchestration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with OpenAPI specifications and API documentation using Swagger and Scalar.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and scalable integration patterns.
  • Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, automated testing, and Agile development teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and related ecosystem integrations.
  • MuleSoft and/or Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation, or the ability to rapidly learn and apply those technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
