Base Salary
$220k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the ideation and execution of high-impact projects that influence user experience.
- Develop and evolve the Conversational AI Engineering roadmap.
- Identify opportunities, design solutions, and lead project implementation.
- Guide integration efforts with external agencies and insurance carriers.
- Evaluate results using ML-based predictions to optimize user paths.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team for retention forecasting and decision logic.
- Ensure scalability and performance across the platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing software in a production environment.
- 4+ years in a senior engineer role.
- Ability to lead projects from conception through execution.
- Production experience with Node.js and Typescript.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and codifying business logic.
- Familiarity with GCP, Looker, and BigQuery is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in technical contexts.
- Experience in product development as a key decision maker.
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience.
