Base Salary

$102k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable network systems, automation frameworks, infrastructure pipelines, and reusable operational tooling.
  • Build AI/ML-driven anomaly detection, automated remediation, self-healing, model training, and real-time inference capabilities.
  • Develop event-driven data pipelines, dashboards, telemetry tools, alerting systems, and monitoring solutions for network health and reliability.
  • Create advanced test strategies, validate production and pre-production networks, and support governance, risk, compliance, and deployment-readiness activities.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, network performance and capacity analysis, and resolution of complex operational issues.
  • Drive project milestones, architecture decisions, technical escalations, vendor coordination, mentoring, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation development, process-as-code systems, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and Python, with proficiency in Linux environments, scripting, and software development tools.
  • Experience designing scalable distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
  • Experience with technical architecture, complex cross-functional engineering initiatives, network operations, or large-scale IT infrastructure.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to anomaly detection or operational automation, including model training, production inference, and event-driven data pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, review, and debugging.

  • The listed U.S. hiring range is $102,300 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity eligibility.
