Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI primitives and user-facing services for agentic AI products.
- Deliver features from concept and design through implementation, rollout, and support.
- Create and review system designs focused on reliability and scaling.
- Participate in planning and brainstorming to shape product direction.
- Follow software development best practices and contribute to coding standards, code reviews, testing, build processes, and operations.
- Mentor engineers or serve as a tech lead or engineering team leader.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading design or architecture for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
