Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams on new business opportunities and upsell activity.
- Understand customer requirements and configure and implement the Varonis platform to address business needs.
- Present technical information about the Varonis platform and services to customers.
- Manage multiple projects through the phases of the customer evaluation lifecycle.
- Address customer concerns and build relationships that support a positive evaluation and deployment experience.
- Identify gaps in product documentation and configuration and help improve the deployment experience.
Requirements
- Explain highly technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and executive-level technical decision-makers.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Active Directory, Windows, NAS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Domain environments.
- Manage competing tasks and proactively drive initiatives and opportunities to completion.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, with additional education in Information Security.
- Preferred: experience with cloud platforms such as Salesforce, Azure Blob, Snowflake, or AWS.
- Preferred: experience with NTFS permissions, the least privilege model, data access governance, and data lifecycle management.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer service, adaptability, planning, and organizational skills.
