Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software components across systems and applications.
- Deliver Manhattan warehouse-management implementation projects and own key project phases.
- Support ongoing operations and support projects, including operational troubleshooting.
- Work on RFPs and participate in solutioning calls with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate regularly with clients and handle day-to-day client interactions.
- Lead and mentor small to mid-sized teams of 5–8 members.
- Build extension packs in MAWM and support OMS/TMS integrations when required.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience is required; the posting also specifies a minimum of 12 years in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical.
- Strong experience with Manhattan Active ProActive Technology, MAWM, MWOS, and Active Scale.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
- SQL knowledge for debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting in WMOS.
- Experience with OMS/TMS integration, RFPs, solutioning, implementation delivery, and ongoing operations support.
- Experience with Labor Management, Slotting, Manhattan SCI, and MAWM extension packs is advantageous or preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Manhattan certification is nice to have.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
