Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply software engineering practices and knowledge to research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Analyze and solve complex software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of the organization’s activity.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while providing leadership.
- Contribute to recruiting and developing software engineering personnel.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders and build long-term client partnerships.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and expertise across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently in highly complex environments and manage difficult situations professionally.
- Strong software engineering judgment, original thought, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand commercial and negotiating principles in complex situations.
- Ability to provide technical and people leadership and supervise other software engineers.
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to business and group objectives.
