Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize workflows where AI can deliver significant impact.
- Develop working prototypes for internal automations and AI tools.
- Collaborate with functional owners and the AI Enablement Council to validate opportunities.
- Ensure responsible use of AI tools through established review pathways.
- Document and share prototypes and findings across the company.
- Set standards for internal AI building to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software, automation, or internal tooling.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM APIs.
- Ability to integrate APIs and create reliable internal tools.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Go or Python.
- Respect for security, legal, and data-handling protocols.
