Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-ready Linux platform services.
- Enable self-service automation and simplify OpenShift cluster management.
- Deliver and maintain resilient OpenShift platforms with automation, observability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Partner with engineering and SRE teams to improve platform adoption and define operational best practices.
- Modernize platform engineering capabilities through automation and new technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and contribute to technical direction, cross-functional projects, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Strong Linux systems administration experience with an automation-first mindset.
- Scripting skills using tools such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Exposure to containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and core infrastructure technologies.
- Understanding of reliability, monitoring, and recovery in production environments.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
