Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert for complex enterprise customers.
  • Architect technology solutions across application design, data, integration, security, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
  • Lead internal strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting community knowledge base, and guide customers and colleagues on emerging technologies.
  • Manage customer expectations, risks, complex problem resolution, program direction, and key project artifacts.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and third-party partners to deliver maintainable and extensible solutions.
  • Present and defend architectural recommendations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Lead technical teams or workstreams and mentor and develop talent.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
  • Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, security architecture, and enterprise integration pattern experience.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication, analytical, business process, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to influence C-level executives and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Application design and development background and experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform are preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications are preferred.
  • Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, or broader Consumer Goods industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers is preferred.
  • Experience leading a technical team or workstream and mentoring talent is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred; equivalent demonstrable work experience may be considered.

  • For Ontario-based roles, the stated base salary range is CAD 154,700 to CAD 204,700 annually, excluding bonus, incentives, equity, and benefits.
