Responsibilities
- Manage Windows and Linux build infrastructure and automate the installation and maintenance of build tools and dependencies.
- Improve the reliability and performance of test and build processes.
- Design and maintain automated release channels and CI/CD pipelines.
- Own build releases into QA and production, including pre- and post-release code merges and branching strategies.
- Automate software deployments, monitor system performance, optimize infrastructure, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Implement infrastructure as code best practices and bridge Engineering, QA, and IT Operations.
- Review and recommend tools and process improvements, stay current with emerging technologies, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Computer Science.
- Proficiency in English at the C2 level.
- Experience or knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud automation, infrastructure as code, Docker, GitHub, GitLab, Artifactory, Atlassian Bamboo, Azure DevOps, and Chef.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification and HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate certification are listed qualifications.
- Ability to collaborate across development, QA, and IT Operations and provide DevOps guidance and coaching.
