Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver blockchain network infrastructure that exposes reliable platform APIs.
- Lead multi-quarter chain integrations, re-architecture efforts, and data migrations to improve latency, reliability, and cost.
- Define and maintain APIs, SLOs, observability, and on-call ownership for production systems.
- Partner with product and platform teams to establish data contracts and ship SDKs and platform primitives.
- Develop technical expertise across blockchain protocols including Bitcoin and Ethereum and simplify cross-chain operations.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of software engineering experience and ownership of production services in a service-oriented architecture.
- Require experience designing, scaling, and maintaining distributed systems handling high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Require hands-on experience with at least two of Golang, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, or similar infrastructure technologies.
- Require direct experience with blockchain protocols or crypto infrastructure, such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, or similar L1/L2 networks.
- Require experience decomposing monoliths or legacy architectures into bounded microservices with clear API contracts.
- Expect responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
