Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and contribute to key cross-functional decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
- Analyze financial business processes and translate them into effective SAP software solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance and SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within SAP environments.
- Experience integrating SAP modules with third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into software solutions.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering tools and software development practices.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
