Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and enhance scalable full-stack applications supporting workplace and retirement services.
  • Modernize legacy systems to improve performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and integrate APIs and foundational services for platform evolution and partnerships.
  • Improve platform stability and reliability through testing, performance tuning, and thoughtful design.
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and team workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to influence technical direction.
  • Contribute to mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional full-stack web application development experience.
  • BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for scalable backend services.
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills for responsive and accessible user experiences.
  • Experience building single-page applications with frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript.
  • Ability to design, create, and consume APIs.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience applying unit testing practices and patterns.
  • Understanding of secure application design, including authentication and authorization concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience modernizing legacy applications, performance tuning and observability in distributed systems, web accessibility standards, Agile and Scrum environments, and AI-assisted development tools.
