Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance scalable full-stack applications supporting workplace and retirement services.
- Modernize legacy systems to improve performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
- Develop and integrate APIs and foundational services for platform evolution and partnerships.
- Improve platform stability and reliability through testing, performance tuning, and thoughtful design.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and team workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to influence technical direction.
- Contribute to mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional full-stack web application development experience.
- BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for scalable backend services.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills for responsive and accessible user experiences.
- Experience building single-page applications with frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript.
- Ability to design, create, and consume APIs.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience applying unit testing practices and patterns.
- Understanding of secure application design, including authentication and authorization concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
- Preferred: experience modernizing legacy applications, performance tuning and observability in distributed systems, web accessibility standards, Agile and Scrum environments, and AI-assisted development tools.
