Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered services using modern paradigms.
- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs primarily in Python.
- Collaborate with the AI pod to explore and productize AI solutions.
- Integrate with LLM APIs and vector databases to enhance automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Advocate for healthy coding practices and Agile methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge development.
- Provide 2nd tier production support and identify system improvements.
- Build expertise in financial and cleantech domains.
Requirements
- Strong programming experience in Python or Java.
- Demonstrated experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or applied ML workflows.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, testing frameworks, and cloud deployment.
- Ability to provide thought leadership and structured decision-making.
- Curiosity and pragmatism with a focus on moving from prototype to production.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
