Responsibilities
- Design and build Taxfix’s AI-first, agentic marketing operating model.
- Embed with marketing and analytics teams to identify bottlenecks and automate multi-day workflows.
- Build agent harnesses and multi-agent systems with orchestration, tool interfaces, guardrails, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Own software architecture, deployment, DevOps, and maintenance, choosing between custom software and no-code solutions based on use-case ROI.
- Abstract and modularize successful automations, and document tools and playbooks for organizational scale.
- Coach marketers and enable them to run and extend the tools.
Requirements
- Track record of building internal tools, automation pipelines, or backend integrations that changed how work was done.
- Background in software engineering, MarTech, or marketing automation with real full-stack engineering capability.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, agent frameworks, and model APIs to ship working software quickly.
- Fluency with APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and connecting creative suites, advertising network APIs, CRM systems, and other software platforms.
- Strong grounding in analytics and data management, including how data flows through internal systems to support automated marketing operations.
- Marketing, engineering, and analytics experience, or demonstrated ability and motivation to work across these areas.
- Self-directed, conscientious, curious, and comfortable choosing tools, deploying software, and operating without a predefined backlog.
