Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and evolve systems for provider search, ranking, availability, eligibility, and booking experiences.
- Lead complex technical projects, shaping scope, estimates, and execution.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, clinicians, and engineers to align technical decisions with outcomes.
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflow and improve delivery speed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable, production-ready systems.
- Strong expertise in API design and data modeling.
- Proven experience in advanced system architecture and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and consensus-building.
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and reviewing architectures.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
