Responsibilities
- Partner with the Japan Sales team and enterprise customers to identify business challenges and technical requirements.
- Design scalable AI solutions and end-to-end system architectures for enterprise use cases.
- Lead technical demos, architecture discussions, RFI/RFP responses, proof-of-concept design, and delivery.
- Develop and integrate production-grade Generative AI applications, including LLM, RAG, agent, and multimodal solutions.
- Build model orchestration, knowledge bases, vector database integrations, API connections, and system integrations.
- Evaluate and optimize production systems for accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, stability, and efficiency.
- Support technical negotiations, deal closure, contract execution, upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Own technical quality and commercial success for assigned projects while maintaining enterprise customer relationships.
- Provide product and engineering feedback, drive Japan-market localization, and develop repeatable industry solution frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI solutions, technical consulting, or related technical roles.
- Experience working on enterprise-level customer projects.
- Strong software engineering capability, with Python preferred, and the ability to build production-grade applications.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, agent systems, or multimodal models.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or major public cloud platforms.
- Understanding of Transformer fundamentals and prompt engineering principles.
- Experience with knowledge base systems, vector databases, inference optimization, latency control, cost management, and scalable production architectures.
- Familiarity with agent or AI application frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value and convert PoCs into commercial deployments.
- Experience building solutions from 0 to 1, replicating them across accounts, and bridging technical and commercial discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
