Base Salary

$114k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within your merchant portfolio.
Provide education to merchants on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features.
Partner with Solutions Engineering for seamless pre-sales to post-sales handoffs.
Work cross-functionally to provide technical and operational solutions.
Represent the merchant voice in product and engineering discussions.
Manage new product life cycles to facilitate merchant adoption.
Conduct regular health checks and root-cause analysis for integration health.
Leverage HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to solve integration issues.
Maintain comprehensive integration documentation.
Participate in regular merchant health reporting and performance measurement.
Document challenges and share learnings with other Technical Account Managers.
Contribute to end-to-end incident management during on-call rotations.
Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency in merchant analysis.

Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role.
Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering or software development.
Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.
Solid understanding of payments infrastructure and e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for integration assessment.
Ability to leverage SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection.
Familiarity with platform management processes.
Strong commercial acumen and client advocacy skills.
Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Practical experience using AI tools in a professional context.
Direct experience with buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) is a plus.
