Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support microservices using .NET/C# and Python.
- Own features end to end, from requirements clarification and estimation through development, code review, deployment, and production support.
- Write automated unit, integration, and contract tests and contribute to resilience, scalability, and observability requirements.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, platform, security, and operations teams.
- Identify, prototype, and evaluate AI-assisted engineering and product solutions using measures such as accuracy, cost, and latency.
- Coach peers on safe AI usage and contribute reusable components, templates, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, including ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, dependency injection, and EF Core or similar.
- Understanding of microservices fundamentals, including domain boundaries, versioning, backward compatibility, API design, and asynchronous queues or events.
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, build pipelines, and automated testing.
- Experience with observability and runtime support, including structured logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
- Understanding of containerization and deployment concepts such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Experience applying LLMs or GenAI in engineering workflows with measurable improvements.
- Awareness of AI risks such as hallucination, data leakage, and bias, along with practical mitigations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a delivery-focused approach.
