Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber.
- Drive end-to-end testing across UI, REST APIs, databases, batch processes, and integrated enterprise workflows.
- Define test strategies, scenarios, test data requirements, and quality assurance approaches aligned with business requirements.
- Lead test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, release validation, and quality sign-offs.
- Coordinate testing activities across onshore, offshore, and distributed global teams.
- Improve test coverage, automation effectiveness, and overall quality engineering maturity.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in quality engineering and test automation within software development environments.
- Expertise with Selenium and/or Playwright for UI automation testing.
- Experience with Cucumber or equivalent BDD/test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience validating REST APIs, performing database testing with SQL, and testing end-to-end workflows.
- Experience with Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to identify and communicate quality risks.
- Experience with test automation framework design, Oracle database validation, data reconciliation, backend testing, and distributed team coordination is preferred.
