Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions for GuidingCare and Wellframe.
Develop user interfaces, databases, client displays, and complex application features.
Model, analyze, and manage large volumes of data.
Write optimized, documented code and debug existing source code.
Use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, and other agentic AI tools to improve development productivity.
Lead technical design documentation and develop high-value technology solutions.
Build and execute unit tests and test products before production release.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5–8 years of related software development experience.
Experience with Microsoft platforms including ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and T-SQL.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and with MVC architecture, HTML5, web services/SOAP, XML, JSON, WCF, and Web APIs.
Experience with JavaScript and client-side technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Experience with SQL Server, relational databases, SQL queries, Git, Kafka, Kubernetes, and containerization.
Experience using AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools for development, debugging, and problem-solving.
Preferred experience with Docker, mentoring or leading developers, open-source or technology communities, agentic AI workflows, and SaaS platforms.
Java and Spring Boot experience and familiarity with Ruby on Rails are preferred.
