Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and own the architecture of a real-time content platform.
- Drive technical decisions balancing developer ergonomics and scalability.
- Define engineering standards for API design, testing, and performance.
- Build backend services for collaborative editing and content delivery.
- Develop frontend systems for visual, real-time editing experiences.
- Own the integration layer between the editing experience and the platform.
- Serve as a technical partner to product and design teams.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and architecture feedback.
- Engage with customers to validate architectural assumptions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with full product lifecycle ownership.
- Genuine full-stack capability with experience in backend and frontend systems.
- Experience with real-time or collaborative systems.
- Fluency in cloud-native environments like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Expertise in API design, including REST and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and browser performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong ownership mindset and clear communication skills.
