Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take newly built agents from working v1 to production-ready.
- Instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring across the agent fleet.
- Stand up and maintain deployment pipelines on GCP.
- Manage how agents read from and write to databases safely.
- Monitor agent behavior in production and triage issues.
- Collaborate with the GTM AI team to enhance agent reliability.
- Provide an outside perspective on existing builds and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years in software engineering or a similar technical role.
- Comfortable working in the terminal with a GitHub PR-and-deploy workflow.
- Experience with cloud hosting, preferably Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with database administration.
- Familiarity with LLM-based application development.
- Ability to critically review AI tool outputs and direct QA processes.
- Scrappy and disciplined approach to scaling solutions.
