Base Salary
$159k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers to refine feature concepts, interactions, and user experiences.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes, tools, frameworks, and shared libraries for design and production use.
- Incorporate research feedback into prototypes and provide technical insights during engineering handoff.
- Collaborate with engineers on final implementation and product polish.
- Meet high accessibility standards.
- Handle multiple project requests while meeting tight deadlines.
- Synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
- Use AI to improve the design system and team workflows.
- Mentor early-career UX engineers and peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
- Experience developing applications in at least one platform or area such as web, iOS, Android, CompDes, or XR.
- Preferred: 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
- Preferred: 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.
