Responsibilities
- Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, skill-based routing, class structures, data models, indexing, reporting, and reusable components.
- Integrate databases and external systems using SOAP, REST, JMS, MQ, HTTP connectors, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Apply code reviews, guardrail compliance, Pega AES and SMA tools, application security, access groups, roles, and privileges.
- Manage environments, deployment activities, project metrics, UI and reporting elements, and decision management techniques.
- Develop and enhance software using Pega, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and PL/SQL, with a focus on application development and system integration.
- Handle client calls independently, manage project pressure, and efficiently lead multiple scrum teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, with the posting additionally stating an overall minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience with Pega Platform, Pega frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF, and Pega application development and integration is required.
- Proficiency in Python, HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, integrations, deployments, reporting, security, and Pega decision management is required.
- Experience with prompt engineering and the ability to manage client calls and teams independently are required.
- CSA and CSSA certifications are mandatory.
- CLSA Part 1 certification, certifications in Anthropic, AWS, or Google, React.js, Node.js, and upgrade experience are preferred.
