Responsibilities
- Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, skill-based routing, class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting.
- Develop reusable Pega components and implement integrations with databases, external systems, SOAP/REST services, JMS, and MQ.
- Implement application security using access groups, roles, and privileges while following guardrails, code reviews, compliance requirements, and AES/SMA practices.
- Develop and maintain UI, reporting, batch processes, listeners, agents, and deployment activities across application environments.
- Use HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, and Python for application development and system integration.
- Support decision-management techniques, project-level metrics, Agile delivery, and multiple Scrum teams.
- Manage teams efficiently, handle client calls independently, and work effectively under project pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience stated elsewhere in the posting.
- Mandatory Pega Platform experience and hands-on application development or system integration experience, preferably beyond maintenance projects.
- Experience with Pega frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF.
- Strong knowledge of Pega application design, ruleset hierarchy, security, deployment, UI, reporting, integrations, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python, SOAP, REST, JMS, and MQ integrations.
- Ability to handle multiple Scrum teams, manage teams, communicate effectively with clients, and work under pressure.
- Mandatory CSA and CSSA certifications; CLSA Part 1 is preferred.
- Certifications in Anthropic, AWS, or Google are preferred, and React.js, Node.js, prompt engineering, and upgrade experience are advantageous.
- 15 years of full-time education is specified.
