Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help lead development of AI agents using existing and new services.
- Improve products iteratively through data analysis, A/B testing, and other techniques to enhance user experience.
- Translate complex AI challenges into engineering strategies involving model selection, rigorous evaluations, efficient implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Explore AI opportunities and create 0-to-1 solutions for creative AI applications.
- Shape the long-term AI roadmap and scale AI capabilities across the company.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of agentic workflows and lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, marketing, recruiting, and product management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years of AI development experience.
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience focused on generative AI products.
- Experience with Python and TypeScript.
- Ability to design and implement scalable systems across multiple business lines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work five days per week in the San Francisco or New York office with a fully in-person team.
