Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI Agents using existing and new services.
- Iteratively improve products through data analysis and A/B testing.
- Translate complex AI challenges into actionable engineering strategies.
- Drive innovation by exploring new AI opportunities and creating 0→1 solutions.
- Contribute to the long-term vision of AI at 3Y Health.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in AI development.
- Experience with Python and Typescript programming languages.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems across multiple business lines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in the San Francisco or New York office.
