Responsibilities
- Define and own the architecture strategy, target-state roadmap, reusable patterns, and technology standards for AI-enabled Corporate Functions solutions.
- Design scalable agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, human-in-the-loop, decision-support, and intelligent process architectures.
- Guide production-ready AWS cloud architectures covering compute, AI model integration, event-driven systems, messaging, APIs, serverless services, data, security, identity, availability, resilience, and global deployment.
- Architect secure integrations between AI platforms, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and business processes using APIs, events, and service-based architectures.
- Establish security, governance, privacy, responsible AI, auditability, explainability, monitoring, and human-oversight standards.
- Define observability, reliability, performance, incident management, runbook, support, and resiliency-testing standards for enterprise AI platforms.
- Lead architecture reviews, mentor architects and engineering teams, align technical stakeholders, and influence executive technology strategy and investment decisions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, solution architecture, platform engineering, cloud architecture, or AI solution delivery.
- Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise platforms in large, global organizations and leading globally distributed engineering or architecture teams.
- Deep expertise in AI-enabled architecture, agentic AI, enterprise automation, intelligent workflow orchestration, and multi-agent architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong knowledge of agent orchestration, tool calling, agent memory, context management, workflow execution, reasoning, and planning frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs, events, and service-based architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, AWS capabilities, cybersecurity, IAM, data protection, encryption, governance, and regulated-environment requirements.
- Preferred experience includes Amazon Bedrock, ECS/EKS, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, API Gateway, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, RDS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, A2A communication, MCP, Databricks, modern data architectures, and financial services or other regulated industries.
- Cloud, architecture, AI, or security certifications are strongly preferred, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, and executive presence.
