Responsibilities
- Drive the Digital Energy Solution Offer roadmap for data center customers in the Americas.
- Create, maintain, and promote customer-focused reference architectures for building, energy management, and substation automation solutions.
- Identify platforming opportunities from local solution architect use cases and influence segment and business-unit roadmaps.
- Specify operational, functional, technical, hardware, software, and mechanical interfaces for EcoStruxure integration.
- Support customer value propositions, offers, and critical Must Win projects.
- Lead segment offer committees and supervise offer-creation process gates.
- Animate the local solution architect community, share project experience, and establish targets and certification-focused upskilling programs.
- Collaborate with SAEs and KAMs to support Digital Energy growth.
Requirements
- Technical background sufficient to understand customer issues and Schneider Electric and competitor offerings.
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Software, or a related industry discipline, or four years of relevant industry experience.
- Practical expertise leading in-depth customer understanding within the targeted segment, including customer terminology, pain points, expectations, and deliverables.
- Experience with system architecture methodology beginning with customer-needs identification.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to foster cooperation and animate a strong technical community.
