Base Salary
$230k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate product ideas into technical designs and ship them end-to-end
- Build features across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Collaborate directly with design, product, leadership, and customers
- Own projects from concept through production launch
- Make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed and craft
- Define scope from rough ideas and contribute in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and scaling data-intensive, user-facing applications
- Familiarity with AWS deployments and cloud infrastructure
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of ownership and initiative in building impactful products
- Background in healthcare or life sciences is preferred
- Experience with modern LLM integration in production products is preferred
